Gourmet Salad with organic SOLMON®

Ingrédients

2 persons

For the salad:
100 g of SOLMON® Organic
1 thin slice of fennel
4 radishes (slices)
1/2 cucumber
1 lawyer
A few sprigs of dill

For the Vinaigrette:
1 lime (juice and zest)
2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
1 C. tablespoon of cider vinegar
1 C. mustard
Salt and pepper

Ustensiles

1 cutting board, 1 kitchen knife, 1 bowl (for the vinaigrette), 1 salad bowl

Préparation

Gourmet Salad with organic SOLMON® 

Instructions :

  1. Vegetable preparation: Thinly slice the fennel, radishes, cucumber and avocado.
  2. SOLMON®: Cut the SOLMON® into small slices.
  3. Assembly: In a salad bowl, mix the vegetables and place the SOLMON® slices on top.
  4. Dressing: Mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad.
  5. Finish: Add the dill sprigs, zest and a little lime juice.

 

The little extra: add a slice of wholemeal bread or toast for extra indulgence!
