Gourmet Salad with organic SOLMON®
Instructions :
- Vegetable preparation: Thinly slice the fennel, radishes, cucumber and avocado.
- SOLMON®: Cut the SOLMON® into small slices.
- Assembly: In a salad bowl, mix the vegetables and place the SOLMON® slices on top.
- Dressing: Mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad.
- Finish: Add the dill sprigs, zest and a little lime juice.
The little extra: add a slice of wholemeal bread or toast for extra indulgence!
