Our SOLMON® based on algae and plants naturally reproduces everything you like in smoked salmon, without salmon. We have kept the best so that you can consume it without moderation. It’s not the sea to drink.

Corn maltodextrin

This vegetable ingredient is obtained from corn starch. It allows us to give the optimal texture to our product. Of course GMO-free!

Rapeseed and flax vegetable oils

Our double agent! They provide “good fat”, notably the famous Omega-3, but also a melting and delicious texture.

Pea Protein

Neutral in taste and high quality, they provide the right dose of protein you need!

Seaweed and microalgae extracts

Oil of Schizochytrium sp., Ascophyllum nodosum, Agar-agar
Our secret boots with an ocean of benefits! Marine algae are very rich, abundant and sustainable natural resources. They provide our precious Omega-3 EPA and DHA and this unique iodized taste!

Lemon, carrot vegetable fibers and bamboo

They provide chewiness and creaminess for the pleasure of your taste buds as well as the dose of fiber you need.

Konjac flour

Low in calories and rich in fiber, this plant root extract of Asian origin provides balance and helps keep our flavors optimal until tasting. It is also what allows you to cook SOLMON® in hot dishes, in the pan or in the oven (but definitely not in the microwave)!

Sea salt

You know him well! We chose it for its iodized taste while being better for your health because it allows us to have -60% salt compared to classic smoked salmon.

Xanthan

This ingredient contributes to the texture balance for the pleasure of your palate!

Aroma

Because peas that smell like salmon we haven't found yet (but we're working on it)!
