Veggie Poke Bowl with SOLMON®

70g of soy beans

70g of mango

60g of sushi rice

30g ofRed cabbage

8tbs of sesame oil

8tbs of soy sauce

9cs of rice vinegar

Seeds of squash and sesame


1 knife

1 saucepan


  1. Cook the sushi rice and let it cool.
  2. Prepare the vinegar mixture, soy sauce and oil sesame by mixing well.
  3. Prepare the vegetables and the SOLMON®. For that, put them and cut them into thin slices.
  4. Arrange the rice at the bottom of a bowl and add the different ingredients individually above. Drizzle the marinade and sprinkle the preparation with the seeds of squash and sesame​.

Advice : You can add wasabi or a spicy sauce.
