Veggie pizza with SOLMON® and vegetables

1 pizza dough​

2 slices of SOLMON®

1 broccoli

Button mushrooms

10cl of tomato coulis

Grated cheese

Olive oil 


1 pan

1 salad bowl

1 mold

1 oven


  1. Cut zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms in small pieces.
  2. Brown the zucchini and mushrooms in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Bake the broccoli with water about 7 minutes al dente.
  3. Spread the pizza dough then put the coulis on it. Dare the other ingredients.
  4. Bake 15 min at 200° C (thermostat 6-7).
  5. 3 minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Advice : You can serve it with a small rocket salad.
