Veggie quiche with SOLMON® and zucchini

4 people

1 roll of pastry

3 zucchini

20cl of fresh cream

2 slices of SOLMON®

3 eggs


1 pan

1 grater

1 pie mold

1 oven


  1. Grate the zucchini and brown them in the frying pan that they have made all their water.
  2. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan.
  3. Cut the 2 slices of SOLMON® and line in the back of the pie.
  4. Beat the eggs and the fresh cream with pepper. Caution with the salt because SOLMON® is already salty!
  5. Spread the zucchini on the SOLMON® and add the preparation.
  6. Bake Th 7-8 for about 45 min.
